Steps on How to Recover Card Lost Data

Step 1: Download and install Card Data Genius on workable computer.

Step 2: Run Card Data Genius and choose data recovery options.

Three kinds of data recovery options are provided, Photo/Graphic, Audio/MP3 and Video. If you couldn’t make sure lost data type, choose “All File Types” please. Click Next.

Photo/Graphic: Recover image files, such as jpg, png, bmp, gif etc and graphic, such as Excel.

Audio/MP3: Recover audio files, such as music or record in MP3, WMV, WAV etc format.

Video: Recover video files, such as AVI, MP4, MOV etc.

Step 3: Choose proper driver or partition where lost data is located. And click “Scan” button to preview data.

The drivers are probably USB drive, MP4, mobile phones and cameras etc. After “Scan” button is clicked, Card Data Genius would automatically browse lost data on the selected driver or partition.

Step 4: Select lost data to preview and recover it.

Select a folder from the left and click the file in the right list to preview. Make sure it is the data needed to recover. And then click “Recover” button, choose a drive or partition to save recovered data.

Tips: Don’t choose the same partition or drive to save recovered data as where lost data have ever been.
